Liability for content

On this Website, we provide various information and data (in the following: Content), that we check and update continuously. Despite all caution, the information and data underlying the content could have changed in the meantime. Liability or guarantee for the content provided being current, correct, complete or usable cannot be accepted.

As a provider of telemedia, according to § 7 I TMG (Telemediengesetz), we are responsible for own content on this website in accordance with general legislation. Obligations to remove or restrict the use of content in accordance with general legislation remain unaffected. Liability in this respect , however, can only be accepted as of the point in time at which we gain knowledge of a concrete violation of the law. Upon becoming aware of any such violations, we will remove this content immediately.

In the case of direct or indirect links to external internet sites that are outside the sphere of responsibility of the author, any liability obligation will only come into force if the author had knowledge of the content and if it is technically possible and reasonable for them to to prevent the use in the case of content violating the law. The author explicitly declares that at the time of creating the links, the corresponding linked pages were free of content violating the law.
