Auf der Jahrestagung der Gesellschaft für Medienwissenschaften (GFM), die vom 16. bis 19. September 2025 an der Universität Paderborn stattfindet, organisiert das MeHuCo-Projekt das Panel „Kriegsmedien – Medien des Kriegs“. Im Rahmen des Panels halten Stephanie Schmidt (Universität Hamburg), Jens Hälterlein (Universität Paderborn), Thomas Bächle (Universität Bonn) und Miglé Bareikyte (Europa-Universität Viadrina) Vorträge. Geleitet wird das Panel von Jutta Weber (Universität Paderborn).
Im Rahmen der Konferenz „Holding things together? Change, continuity, critique“ (STS-CH 2025), die vom 10.9 – 12.9.2025 an der Universität Zürich, der ETH Zürich und der ZHdK stattfindet, organisieren Jens Hälterlein (Universität Paderborn) und Matthias Leese (ETH Zürich) das Panel „STS and International Security„.
